L'artiste japonais Kohei Akiba (né en 1982 à Tokyo, Japon), diplômé de l'université des arts de Tokyo, utilise des couleurs vives et des mouvements dynamiques pour créer ses œuvres  multidimensionnels. Ses œuvres psychédéliques englobent une variété de sujets: des paysages urbains, ses autoportraits et des animaux. Dans son travail, Akiba met l'accent sur le processus d'expérimentation de création.

Japanese artist Kohei Akiba (b. 1982 in Tokyo, Japan) utilises vibrant colour and dramatic movement to create his seemingly multi-dimensional drawings. Akiba explores a variety of subject matters, from cityscapes to self-portraits to animals within his psychedelic drawings. Within his works, Akiba emphasises the process of experimenting with excitement, drawing and creating works in an enthusiastic and bright manner for his own sake. Akiba is currently based in Tokyo, Japan, where he completed his undergraduate studies in oil painting at the Tokyo University of the Arts.
